Tecno announced the Megabook T1 starting at Rs 37,999 (~$457) with a limited-time early bird offer. It will be available for purchase on September 13 in three variants: Core i3 with 8 GB RAM + 1 TB SSD, Core i5 with 16 GB RAM + 512 GB SSD, and Core i7 with 16 GB RAM + 1 TB storage.

The Tecno Megabook T1 is slim at 14.8mm and lightweight at 1.56kg. It boasts a 15.6-inch LCD display with 350 nits brightness, 100% sRGB color gamut, and DC dimming. Powered by an 11th-gen Intel processor, it offers up to 16 GB RAM and 1 TB PCIe 3.0 NVMe SSD storage.

The Megabook T1 boasts a 70Wh battery for up to 17.5 hours of usage and 65W fast charging. It incorporates dual fans and a VC cooling unit (exclusive to the i7 variant) for effective heat dissipation. The laptop runs on Windows 11 and offers a four-level backlit keyboard, spacious trackpad, and dual stereo speakers with DTX X sound technology.

In terms of connectivity, the Megabook T1 features Tecno’s OneLeap multi-screen collaboration, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, two USB 3.0 ports, a USB 3.1 port, USB-C ports (including one with charging support), HDMI 1.4, TF card slot, and a 3.5mm headphone/microphone combo jack. Additionally, it includes a fingerprint scanner, a privacy cover for the FHD webcam, and dual microphones with AI ENC technology.
