The design of the Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 pro plus is sturdy and has a robust build so it’s a little heavy and with a glass body it has a luxurious feel. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 pro plus has Gorilla Glass 5 protection on both sides and the camera module protrudes out slightly from the back. It has a 3.5mm headphone jack and IR blaster made at the top and on the bottom, it has a USB Type-C port and a speaker grille while on the side you get the power button with an integrated fingerprint sensor.

Software and Performance
The Redmi Note 12 Pro Plus is designed to provide excellent performance and efficiency, due to its MediaTek Density 1080 system-on-chip featured with a 6nm Manufacturing Process. CPU’s clock speed can run up to 2.6 GHz. It has the ARM Mali-G68 MC4 GPU at the graphic unit featuring up to 950MHz speed. The Redmi Note 12 Pro Plus handles everyday tasks smoothly, as well as more demanding tasks such as gaming and multimedia editing. With the advance use of 4K video recording, the phone can become slightly warm; but it doesn’t arise any issues thanks to its Vapor Chamber Cooling Technology that offers a 3000mm² Vapor Chamber. Its LPDDR4X RAM sports UFS 2.2 data transfer technology. It comes in 256GB 8GB RAM and 256GB 12GB RAM variants. Now moving on to the cameras of Note 12 Pro+, it was a big talking point for the company when promoting the device. The Note 12 Pro+ has a triple camera setup in which the primary camera is a 200-megapixel Samsung HPX sensor supported by an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens and a 2-megapixel macro sensor. This allows users to capture amazing shots with stunning detail. This phone’s primary camera’s strongest suit was that it gives excellent image quality with vibrant colors and a dynamic range. It holds a large 1/1.4-inch sensor yet still manages to take quick, instant shots. The main camera can produce excellent results at night time; the shadows were exposed accurately without adding too much noise. Shots taken in Night mode may look a bit soft, likely due to a robust noise reduction algorithm. Highlights are also well-maintained, and the night sky looks as it should.
However, I think there should be some improvement in the Portrait mode’s blur effect. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro Plus has impressive video recording capabilities, making it a great device for those who love to capture memories. In the primary sensor, you can capture videos up to 4K resolution at 30 frames-per-second, while its ultra-wide-angle sensor can record at 1080p and 30fps. Moving forward to the macro lens, it can record in 720p resolution at 960fps, and the front camera can even record 1080p videos at 60fps. This device also gives you options for Vlogs, Ultra HD, Long exposure, Pro mode, and a variety of filters to have fun capturing your memories.

This phone has a solid battery, with 5000 mAh that can last up to 24 hours on the 5G network with a 120Hz refresh rate. The 120W fast charger included with the phone can charge the battery to full capacity in a mere 19 minutes.
